JUST A REMINDER THAT MOM'S BDAY IS COMING UP!

Happy New Year!

As promised, here are pics from Christmas. We gathered at Dawne's for Christmas brunch. It was different having breakfast, instead of lunch or dinner, on Christmas, but of course I like different things. Wow, what a difference a year makes. Mom was so "out of it" last year and this year, she was like her "old" self (whatever that means to you, lol)! The pics are pretty self explanatory...

I always get the kiddos an ornament each year, and this year Monica received a FLYING PIG, she loved it.

Yes, this is a future Air Force Pilot excitingly opening a gift!

Dawne is holding a photo the kids took to commemorate that she has 2 Freshmen in 2008. Monica in high school and Blake at UNT.

So that 's it for Christmas...pretty uneventful and simple. THANKS for all the cards you sent mom, she was thrilled to hear from each and everyone of you. Have a great 2009!
